Let all that I am wait quietly before God,

for my hope is in Thee…

 So(u)liloquy… I whisper… I whistle… I pucker… I kiss… I speak… I talk… I dialogue… I monologue… I pray… I praise… I poeticize… I rap… I shout… I sing… I have personal discourses with my soul… My spirit… My mind… My heart… My body… I hold public conversations with myself… My alter ego… My imagination… My bigger self… My smaller self… My self-less self… I affirm who I live… I know what I am… I express the inner sound thoughts of my own liberated being… I project outwardly the blooming pure emotion(s) of my own euphonious music… and of the Almighty’s shine… I part my lips to breathe life into life and create life… While my lips are fully or relatively closed I feel… the subtle breath within my own existence hum sweet sounds… quieting me… creating me… sustaining me… reconditioning me… restoring me… waking me… birthing me… liberating me… giving to me… receiving from me… being me… wholly… completely… perfectly… healthily… knowingly… beautifully… lovingly… kindly… softly… easily… simply…

I touch gently the flesh of my mouth and feel that I am real… My mouth gives character to my smile… A voice to my laughter… and reflects calmness in its shape… and playful attitude in its twists and curves… Words, song and melodies release themselves in vibrant colors… and make rainbows that become harmonious and lyrical compositions for my ears… and brilliant motifs that are pleasing to my sight… My lips quiver is the story of pleasurable sensations… Their rhythm… the dance of provocative motion… They are the first to taste what will delight my perceptive pallet… to chew what will exercise my tool of insightful vernacular … to swallow what will investigate and keep God’s adept and unblemished internal design work… My so(u)liloquy is more than just a thoughtful conversation with myself… inspiring me to boldly know thy Self… It is an utterance of silent life… inaudible tones… that cause me to clearly see the presence… and plainly hear the guidance… of genuine love…

My lips… are truth tellers… revealing to me… only ME…

All is well… within… with… in… my soul…

my spirit… my mind… my heart… my body…

all of me… who and what  I live…
