One of the most inspiring occasions is a wedding. I love weddings. I love seeing smiles on the faces of the bride and groom and all in attendance. I love getting the first peek at the ”Yes” wedding dress, and the delicate and/or vibrant colors chosen for both the soon-to-be married couple and their bridal party. Life & Love commitment ceremonies are quite an affair, including the second part, the dinner and dance reception. It is a tremendous amount of fun to enjoy delicious food and great dancing with family and friends. It’s too such a magical experience to be a significant part of it all in one or more special ways.

The special ways I am referring to is as a wedding designer. I spoke about my interest as a wedding designer in my last blog on weddings. I love learning about new design ideas for both wedding dresses and interior decor. I’ve thought about both, but lately, more so, it has been the dress and what it can be worn with. Some of you may already know this, if you’ve been keeping up with my blog and social media posts, I have my own collection of organic cotton, bamboo and raw silk beanie hats. I’ve had a number of photography shoots which have inspired me to pair my beanie hats with various styles of dress, both formal and casual. After the creation of one of my raw silk beanies the thought came to use it as a wedding beanie hat. The colors were perfect, soft and sensual and feminine. Once with this idea, to use my hat as a wedding beanie (above image), I began pairing my soft lilac and gray beanie hat with the attire and accessories I believed would bring out the bride in me.

After my first photo shoot with my soft lilac and gray wedding beanie hat, I was encouraged by others to make more wedding hats. I made more using different yarn fibers, textures and colors. Once I had a few styles to begin my new collection for my signature wedding concepts more photography shoots took place. I now have images I love and was excited to share. I decided to give you all a sneak peak of one of my wedding hat images on social media earlier in March. I as well gave you an additional first reveal of one of my wedding beanie hat images on the Unif(eyed) Colors Campaign page.
